Head of Marketplace and Business Development
Building the leading global marketplace seller. Responsible for developing marketplace channels around the globe. Projects I made in the past: Set up new processes for account health and Amazon guideline security, KW-Marketplaces, growing B2B business from 250,000 to 1,200,000 Euros. I lead a team of 3 employees being responsible for the daily B2B sales business, creating an self-service e-learning platform for Amazon knowledge and we create workshops for our colleagues at KW-Commerce. I report all important project updates and KPIs to the CEOs.
Head Of B2B Sales
Besides the daily marketplace business being responsible for growth of the b2b department at KW-Commerce from 250,000 EURO to 1,200,000 EURO annual revenue. Today we sell products to over 500 B2B clients in 45 countries in the world. I lead a team of 3 employees managing the daily b2b sales business and client acquisition, project management with distribution partners in Germany. In 2019 we started the integration of Amazons business B2B program into our processes. I report all figures and KPIs direct to our CEOs.
Amazon Account Manager
I started at KW-Commerce as an Amazon Account Manager for developing and monitoring our 11 amazon marketplaces in the world. I was responsible for interim management of the content marketing team, developing and updating all relevant content processes to create Amazon content. I reported direct to our CEOs.

Leading a team of 13 Marketplace Account Managers to develop marketplaces in Europe – focussing on Amazon and eBay platforms. Being part of the project for opening the amazon.com business. Reported direct to CEO for daily KPIs and team performance.
