I’ve spent over 15 years in the e-commerce world, with more than a decade dedicated specifically to Amazon—and honestly, I still get excited about the opportunities and challenges this space brings every day.
My e-commerce journey has been anything but linear, and that’s what makes it interesting. I’ve worked across vastly different business models and company cultures—from the fast-paced environment at Groupon to the operational intricacies of resellers like reBuy.
My time with specialized Amazon FBA players like Berlin Brands Group (formerly Chal-Tec) and KW-Commerce gave me deep, hands-on experience with what it really takes to succeed on Amazon at scale. Each of these roles taught me something different about how businesses grow, adapt, and win in digital commerce.
What many people don’t know is that my professional roots are actually in hospitality. As a trained hotel specialist with experience in 5-star luxury hospitality, I learned early on what true customer-centricity means—it’s not just a buzzword, it’s a mindset. That background has profoundly influenced how I approach both agency partnerships and seller strategies. Whether I’m working with a brand or managing client relationships, I always come back to the same question: What does the customer actually need?
I’m passionate about sharing knowledge within the e-commerce community. I’ve delivered specialized presentations at major industry events including Amazon itself, Amazon Sales Kongress, and MerchantDay.
Since 2025, I’ve also been serving as an active moderator for the Amazon Sales Kongress, helping shape conversations and bringing together the brightest minds in the Amazon ecosystem. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to consult with notable companies including Five Arrows, Auster Capital, Otto, and Manufactum, helping them optimize their Amazon and e-commerce strategies.
I’m also proud to serve as a member of the OMT Summit Expert Council, where I contribute to advancing e-commerce expertise and best practices across the industry.
